Review of weekly diary. How to nudge an adjust your schedule to make time for all you need to do.
We will working in small groups of maximum 6 women. This will be at a private venue in Masaki
I will facilitate a range of practical activities so you leave each workshop armed with something new to help you.
Each workshop will be tailor made to the group, as each woman will complete a pre-workshop questionnaire so everything is relevant.
